Naveen, thanks for sparing your time and sharing the discussion points. It was indeed a very eye opening discussion for both of us, opened up those corners of our professional part life that are still pretty raw; thank you once again for being forthright while showing us where we are in terms of launching an enterprise.  We may need another meeting or may be two sittings before we finalize our plan.

Wonderful session Naveen, simple strategies, mostly go unnoticed dealing with team. If engaged in right way as suggested by you can bring in tremendous bonding in teams.

You always bring fresh perspective to look at problem on hand. Your presentation content was really good woven with practical insights to team building. Would be interesting to attend a full 4 hr session, and you presented with passion for the subject.

It was 2017 when I first met Naveen at an aerobics class. It was 6 months post my mechanical engineering graduation, searching for a job which, but not clear what I wanted to do. My mind was unstable .my visions were bleak. Until i met Naveen!. 

I still remember the first conversation we had. He is like an elder brother. His guidance stands to that level. He won't get you job or spoon feed you to your goal (any one can refer you to job or get you job, but it was not that i was looking for) what he does is real, his company and inputs make you capable of achieving your dream make your visions clear.

His experience so vast. He has answers to your every questions. He brotherly company helped me achieve patience, perseverance , he showed me the world of spirituality. I have learnt how to deal with problems and hurdles and face it rather than running away from it, managing stress.

Few words are not enough to express how he brought the positivity in my life.

Great Work, much needed for a rewarding career

I have attended a few of your life skill sessions, I had a one to one talk with you when i put paper without having a job offer and had plans of entrepreneurship.  that was back in July, 2017.  You did suggested me a few books to read and be associated with people who have run success stories to learn from them. Being associated with good people will help me improve as a person. Subsequently Joined another job.
I now have a good visibility of future with my current career. At the same time i sincerely wish to improve upon my skills to be a service oriented job provider to the society.

I liked your fiction 'A Divine Proposal'.  Most surprising one was the article on yearend review 2018 activities, I was shocked on how you manage your time, in a year you have don so many things!.

I had the privilege and very fortunate to work with Naveen for 2 years. In my career he is the stand out manager.  He always made sure the team never gets the rusty feeling nor Get a lackadaisical approach towards work. He ensured fun  in work always with zero tolerance on any error in Work. Naveen always been an example of "work for life and not for  money”. He is the right person to take sessions on that which he is doing now. Naveen is super cool and have never  seen him lose his temper. 

"A lot of people failed at what you accomplished, simply because they were busy finding problems while you were busy finding solutions!".  Naveen is always detailed in  analysis and it’s a real learning altogether working with him. He is always willing to help/collaborate and never lose  patience, in fact this is a very strong part of his personality. He is very Friendly in nature, a soft spoken, cool and composed person. It has been a  great pleasure to work with him and know him in person. 

You come across as an amazing  person – Live by Heart is what you exemplify.  Attitude of Gratitude is what you spread. A very people eccentric person – seen big fan following !

I know Naveen from more than 5 years now and his work ethics have been nothing short of motivational, his mentoring & guiding team really  appreciable no matter how busy he is, he always ready to help and he is best example to learn on how to manage  your personal and professional life.
